With over 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and operations, I currently serve as Director of Sourcing & Procurement, leading global supplier networks, managing approximately $31M in annual spend, and executing high-value sourcing initiatives across complex supply chains.

I’ve worked closely with executive leadership and major national clients including Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Walmart, The Home Depot, Buc-ee’s, and Red Robin. My experience includes managing 2,000+ SKUs, executing 10–15 RFPs per month (averaging ~$15M in value), and developing sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and long-term scalability.

A key focus of my role is sustainability and material innovation. I’ve led efforts to introduce new materials to market, working with some of the world’s largest brands to meet strict environmental goals. This includes navigating rigorous certification processes, testing requirements, and supplier qualification standards to bring scalable, compliant solutions to market.

In today’s environment of shifting tariffs, supply chain disruption, and pricing volatility, I continuously adapt sourcing strategies through supplier diversification, dual sourcing, and cost modeling to stay ahead of risk while maintaining performance.

I also bring a strong focus on systems, digitalization, and process improvement. I’ve helped transition operations from limited infrastructure to more structured, scalable environments through the implementation of procurement platforms, ERP systems, and workflow improvements. In addition, I’ve supported business transitions and integrations, contributing to alignment across suppliers, systems, and operations.
